Sinomac Business Services was established in Macau in 2005. We provide a comprehensive range of services to international clients undertaking business operations in Macau. Services include company incorporation, payroll and HR compliance, working visa applications, consulting on financial related matters (appointment of local taxation auditors and accountants, taxation compliance), bank account signatory services, offshore incorporations and company secretarial.
 
Since 2005, we have assisted over 100 foreign companies and individuals, in relation to their Macau requirements. Our team comprises an Australian CEO and Chartered Accountant/Certified Practicing Accountant with over 18 years experience working in Asia, supported by a team of five local Macau Chinese speaking staff.
 
We are able to provide services in Hong Kong via our associated company, Comply Global (HK) Limited, and we are opening an office in Zhuhai in early 2011.
 
Our clients include listed multinational companies, privately held corporations, and entrepreneurs living in Macau and overseas.
 
We serve clients situated in Hong Kong, United States, Italy, Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Japan.
